Tom June 25, pm. This worked just fine! There were some other glitches, and it adjusted the Registry, but after all the bs it finally came back! Read a lot of posts, this was the only solution that worked. I was getting a Winclone solution to work and this error came. This fix is the shit!

This did get me going and appreciate that, But on to the next problem. Notes this is a home computer old users were deleted or at least no longer listed. During the process I had to create a new user.
I don't recall any one else mentioning this. The unfortunate outcome is that even thought this user was an administrator I don't have access to old personal files pictures and personal papers. Window does lead your to a process for getting access as the administrator but it gets to a point where it will not give you access.
Also I had to repair drivers to get internet access going but explorer will not work. FireFox is not longer found. Has any one else fixed the access files???????? Vince: 1. I used your method and after it configured Windows, it displayed the prompt again. I restarted it, and the loop has begun again. [SOLVED] Stuck in OOBE Loop after sysprep - Windows 10.
I am trying to create an image of Windows 10 x64 Ent. I've done it before however am running into an issue this time around that I cannot get around. I am using the latest release. When I run sysprep. I sgsprep out the first 'Hi There' page with all our regional information, click next and hit 'Use Express Settings' on the next page or I can customize them, it makes no difference the words 'Just a moment' appear along with a loading icon and then the computer just reboots back to the 'Hi There' screen.
I've rebuilt the build a few times now, using a couple of different models of computer all to no avail. This would have all your details in etc that you'd put in at these stages and /10682.txt that windows 10 just a moment loop after sysprep free for you. I would put it down to a Windows 10 Glitch one of the many. Just another to add to the list. I've not had any issues like this but I've always used an unattend file. I am installing without an unattend. The installation succeeds and gets to the OOBE. But /1908.txt I do, and it runs though normally. It just reboots and prompts me again! Any help would be great.
